Properties and Applications

Actmix TMTD-70GE is a fast rubber vulcanization accelerator with short scorch time and fast vulcanization speed, with a tendency to scorch. It is generally not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators. Reducing its dosage can prevent rubber compound blooming, and it has excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. Since its structure contains multiple sulfur atoms, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, and is used in sulfur-free vulcanization and high-temperature rapid vulcanization to produce heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-1.5 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
